I LOVE the workshops and Build It Herself classes. Alisa is very knowledgeable and makes everything very accessible. I was at the Planter Bookshelf class last night, and had a great time with both Alisa & Kyra! 10/10 would recommend!
There on Thursday night, long lines, only self checkout available and one person trying to take care of all the customers. Going to Lowe's next time.
I would like to thank . James . and the young lady at customer desk . Nicki . Nicki was awesome . To tell u what happened . I had a rider mower that had been built wrong . And when i went to the store to talk to them . Nicki . and other's went out of their way to get me taken care of . Customer service has not died every where . Nicki needs a raise .
