Customer service is non existent at this store. After wasting 40 minutes of my time, I asked to speak with Manager... they kept telling me Manager would be here in a minute... never saw Manager, went to Lowe’s, where Customer Service was fantastic!!
Going a month longer without my appliances now. Please ask about the fine print before agreeing to delivery.
I LOVE the workshops and Build It Herself classes. Alisa is very knowledgeable and makes everything very accessible. I was at the Planter Bookshelf class last night, and had a great time with both Alisa & Kyra! 10/10 would recommend!
There on Thursday night, long lines, only self checkout available and one person trying to take care of all the customers. Going to Lowe's next time.
