It's not necessarily I hate Home Depot it's the people who they contract out here in Louisville Kentucky for fencing.. They suck it's been almost 2 weeks I have tried to contact them contact Home Depot to get my estimate I've left a voicemail and with the fence people.. Yet nobody has yet to return my call this is ridiculous this is out rages.. I will never recommend them to anybody and I will never go through them again..
I went in to buy microwave and oven combination couldn't find anyone to wait on us HORRIBLE customer service. ...will not be back .feel sorry for GE that they represent them. MAW
I ordered a toolbox on cyber monday paid for it online. They took my money then the next day they call me and tell me there system should not of let me order cause they were out of stock. I said I can wait for the next shipment but they said no I would have to pay full price. I think that's bullshit I found it on cyber monday paid for it the same day. They should honor that but they refuse. I have been a home depot customer for years and I think I will start shopping at Lowe's from now on.

I recently purchased carpet. When the installers came to lay the carpet, it seemed that they had not showered in several days. They were working upstairs and I was on a separate floor of the house. When they were finished, the smell in the rooms they were working in made me gag. It was awful. 7 cans of air freshener, 3 cans of lysol, 1 box of arm and hammer carpet refresher, 2 bottles of febreeze, and the windows opened in my house while I was away all weekend, and I still come home to find my house reeking of b.o. The HD on Hurstbourne has to have the most unorganized, untrained employees ever. Anytime I have ever had to go in this store, I dont think I have ever had an experience where I thought the employee(s) I dealt with actually knew what they were talking about. Saturday I showed up for a workshop and was ran all over the store just trying to locate the workshop. Not one employee that I asked knew anything about it. And I spoke with at least 5 employees. Only one register open refuse to open additional ones. Your customer service needs to improve dramatically Will not be buying a Toro mower from you again. Toro doesn't stand behind warranty and you guys wouldn't assist with help resolving the issue. A 31/2 month old mower should not be having to go into the shop already.
