This is now my favorite big box hardware store location ❤️❤️❤️. The customer service representative was super friendly and helpful when handling my exchange. After I got home, and tried to use my purchase, a garden tiller, I ran into problems starting it. So I took it back to the store and the garden center clerk was helpful, patient, & showed me how to start it. I totally appreciate his help. I asked three workers for help and no one couldn't help me.
Ordered online and went through about 10 minutes of computer prompts before being on 45 minute hold. I don’t want to return item, but need guidance to salvage item due to destroyed container. I Called Preston Highway LOUISVILLE ky store where I shop. Got computer prompts that routed the call before disconnecting me twice. Got associate who was really rude and said she can’t do anything but transfer me. I was rerouted and no one would answer phones. Horrible service!!!
I ordered a pool and have been told something different everyday on why it hasn't shipped. Promised everyday I will have a tracking number only to be disappointed day after day ...nothing. They tell me what I want to hear. Ridiculous!
I have been trying for 3 hours to order a washer. I called customer service and was told that they could not ship my washer to the store. my sister just ordered the same washer last week and had it shipped to the store!!! We live out of the delivery area so that is not an option. I am trying to spend my money that I work 40 hours a week for and they refused my money. home depot people are doing a wonderful job. I didnt have to stand out side for long and so far everyone was maintaining the 6 feet thing. get what you need and getting out. thank you home depot people.
2 no call no shows for a door measurement, then misquoted the price by $150, couldn’t get the storm door back on so was told I could get refunded for that, been calling since Saturday and have not heard anything. Overall horrible experience do not recommend Home Depot for anything you cannot do yourself.
Very shady ! We went to buy a microwave at the add price of $248 . Because they did not have in stock they were going to charge us another $60 for shipping to this store . We left without buying it or anything else. Very shady business practice. We will rethink our spending now very disappointed!!!
