Bought doors and paid for doors on July 31st was told order and install would be 4 weeks out... its now August 31st we were told the doors just arrived and it would be September 25th before we could get them installed... I can install the doors myself but I paid to not have to do it... I think it’s ridiculous to have to wait 60 days or longer to get my front and back doors and screens installled... very bad communication, horrible timeline and horrible customer service
We went in today to buy 20 boxes of laminate. There were only 12 on the floor. We waited for the associate in flooring to get done with his customer and asked to get the pallet down off the top shelf. He turned around to help the people that walked up after us and told us everyone else was at lunch and that it would be at least 20 or more minutes before he could get us help. He clearly did not want to help. My next check in will likely be Lowes or Menards.
I always look for one sale associate that is soooooo friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke. They don't honor online prices from there own website. That's false advertisement. Online price is $4.47 and in store is $5.38. When your trying to buy 200 of this product every penny saved counts. Clearly Home Depot don't care and is false advertising. I can buy a skid of this product online for $598.35 which contains 64 bags. When u divide that makes each bag $9.34 a piece. I'm not a genius but I know where not to do business.
Customer service sucks but they have the best crap cans in town!
I am actually still sitting in the parklot on hold because this place is the worse ran place in Louisville. I came just to pick up a corner shower and after waiting 45 min to get it the last tells me she will deduct 20% if I go pull it myself! This is exactly why I tell all my clients if they want me to pick up their merchandise it's from Lowe's or they go get it themselves. Can't never get any help and I have been on hold now for 15 min. Get it together! I don't understand how anyone shops at this place!!!
