We went in today and had the nicest most patient young lady wait on us. Her name is Joni Mack and she was amazing. We will look for her in future trips. Home Depot is Very lucky to have her on there team. I can’t say enough about her. She was pleasant, patient, thorough, friendly and just plain good at her job. Thx for the experience
What a joke, no customer service.
The staff at Preston Home Depot bent over backwards to make our purchase of a new lawn tractor effortless! Tracie was very knowledgeable and helpful and Darius made sure we got the mower home and were super happy with our purchase! The store manager, whose name I can’t remember, was very helpful and even let me take the lawn tractor for a test drive. I had been to several Home Depot and Lowe’s stores looking for a tractor and Preston Home Depot knocked it out of the park!
disappointment about price matching. they will not pricematch larger money differences, no matter what. they will bring all kind of fake arguments in order not to do it.
I have been working with the company for quite a while now and have been very impressed about the out of state level of customer service in my area Thus far adds a lot of value to my houses so that we can get a better price for the update on this project.

I think that it is awesome that you guys took time out to help that daycare today so those poor children didn’t have to stay out this cold weather I don’t have any kids in daycare but I thought you guys should be noticed for doing a outstanding job for the community
went to find a drop in bathroom sink and he first asked did you see the sink over there yes I did but there are no measurements on your product and they were not marked as drop in or undermounted. I gave him the measurements and came around the isle and said doesn't look like we have any of those. they have no customer service skills and are just plain idiots. never again I knew there was a reason I shopped at Lowe's
went to get a new refrigerator because mine went out. all my food was in coolers...wasted trip because they don't keep what they have on showcase in stock Smh why try to sell something if you don't have in stock? went to Lowe's and was able to get same model I was wanting to purchase at home depot..so your store just lost a 1800 sale.
