All you need I rented a powerseeder to overseed my yard by myself. Being the not so experienced power tool user, I found the people renting me the tool very freindly and helpful. They showed me how to use the machine and explained what I should watch for and how to correct things if certain situations occurred. In the middle of my project I had some problems, called and they gave me the help that I needed.
Today after calling twice and being hung up on once, then left on hold with the phone ringing for 5 mins while they attempted to transfer me to a manager after telling me that the carpet we ordered to be in, and available in 3-4 days was not in and would not be for another 4 days.. we are on day 5 today. They called back to tell us that in fact our carpet was in and we could come grab it they were sorry for the mistake, ok fine. Then my husband was sent to another location to get padding and when he asked for help no one wou... read more
Lisa Hood was hurt in your store from your pallet and you refuse to pay her medical bills. DISGUSTING. I'll be giving my money to Lowe's from this point on and telling everyone I know to do so unless you make this right!
This location is horrible - went looking for tool dividers and organizers for my tool box, wasn’t nothing to be found. Also while walking the tool aisle - i was literally watched by someone of retirement age the entire time i was there. He was so fixated on me that he didn’t notice the two dudes literally walk out with a drill. I’ll probably not return to this store and go to Elizabethtown instead. Home Depot corporate, if you read this - get involved and train your folks better. Also, might want to have your corporate loss ... read more

seen a man walkout with 2 grass trimmers didn't pay for them. employee said they were told not to stop them. just let them go.
While I hear Home Depot did resolve the issue with the home owner, they had to argue three different calls, over two days, and I had to call and threaten to bill my time to the store in order to get satisfaction over a broken excavator upon arrival. We wound up fixing it ourselves. This morning someone gave them a day comped, but I still wanted to shout out to Manager Mike for his hostile attitude, refusal to bear any responsibility or make it right, and his elaborate "fronting" as he put it... just overall unprofessional be... read more
We needed four 2x4x10 treated lumber. Saw on website that there were 128 at this store. Got there and guy told my husband that you didn’t have any treated lumber and there was a 6 month waiting list. We noticed someone coming out of store with 2x4x10. My husband went in and checked for himself and there were plenty. Now that’s the kind of person I want working for me. More training required, I’d say.
Good selection of vegetable plants this late in the garden season. But ZERO POINTS for employees not wearing masks. I'm sorry the management of this store cares so little for my life/health or the same for my close loved ones as well.
