I purchased my first grill tonight. Caleb (I believe) was very helpful. He assisted me with buying a propane tank, loading my items into my vehicle and was pleasant from beginning to end. I remember working retail and loading heavy items alone wasn’t my favorite part of the job. I hope the grill is as great as the customer service!
BUYER BEWARE!! Home Depot does not honor their warranty policy. I spent over $6,000 on carpet/padding and installation for my basement and the carpet seams started to peak(raise up) less then few months (see pictures attached). Home Depot says there is nothing wrong with the carpet install. As the old saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words". Came to your store tonight to start a project waited 35 min. called twice for someone to come to doors no on ever showed up we just left that is a poor mismanaged place to go to workers out in the parking lot talking no one minding the inside!!!!My number is 502 381-1586 DEBBIE
