It's unfortunate I had to rate 1 star. They don't even deserve it. Snotty @&$&$ at the self serve line. Tried purchasing hardware that is looked up by identification per bolt fastener etc. One item was not stamped and it got blown out of proportion. Very poor customer service, Snotty lady at checkout, and ask about price match as I purchase in bulk and they say well you have to go to customer services for that. We can't do anything. Then manager comes by and she says but he don't deserve it. I'll never be back to Depot again... read more

I think Home Depot is very racist from the way they treat their customers as well as their employees. I will never set foot in another Home Depot again.
Why would a business as large as Home Depot give in to muslims and a culture of hate? If big business would just say NO, what would "they" do? Hopefully just go away! Glad I don't live in your area! Seems to me y'all are guilty of promoting a muslim state in OUR God loving USA!
I thought that first and foremost, you are an American co...I guess if this is acceptable, then you are going to have to include all other religions that we have in the US. This is wrong. To succumb to special interest groups is reprehensible
I'm giving this 3 stars because Home Depot itself was good. But checking out at self check out was horrible. I was told that I could wait for help by the lady working self check out so she could show pictures off her phone of her grand kids to a family leaving the store, who shes didn't know and she wasn't asked by them to see.This is the short version of what happened. But I was absolutely stunned by the attitude of this woman.
Bought a smoker online for father's day special. Site to store. Upon taking custody of my order I got the box open at home. Unit was refurbished poorly. Overspray paint on decals, and one huge dent. Returned item to store. Spent the next 2 hours dealing with Eric the cashier. He refunded my credit card. Re- charged my card now for the full price on smoker because it was a one day special.
