when you have employees look for an entire 2 seconds and tell me something isn't in stock on reachable shelves buy the item i was looking for in the overhead inventory. that's truly amazing customer service.
Some employees are unhelpful and unfriendly, I avoid them at all cost , won’t even go to their line. They do have a couple of guys in the electrical and plumbing department that are great at helping people.

Boycott all home depot
Every single employee was on their phone the entire time I was in there except a stock boy. I left a bag at the self check-out and called within 30 minutes of leaving the store. I was transferred from one incompetent employee to another. After asking for a manager twice and being transferred to a cashier with no ability to help me, I was finally speaking to a manager. I came all the way back to the store to get my package and not everything I purchased was in the bag. WORST HOME DEPOT EVER.
I will no longer shop at Home Depot. As much as I hate Lowe's, now that HD has "Embraced Sharia Law" and is putting their employees through training and teaching on how to treat and understand Muslim beliefs... You can kiss my Christian butt so long... Do you give this kind of training for Christian religions?? No, you don't, and this IS NOT a Muslim nation and the citizens and working people of this nation DO NOT NEED to be taught how to understand a Muslim...
