As a woman every time I've gone there which is not often, I get treated with disrespect and like an idiot. I shouldn't have to bring a man with me to be treated wii respect. I've probably done more "manly" projects than the men working there.
You should be able to fire the asshole customers that come in. Driving on that parking lot is like trying to screw a porcupine. Walking and weaving around the people through the store...well that a whole different kind of stupid.ITS LIKE THE ROAD PEOPLE!! Employees are friendly however. Definitely not as nice as the 2 other stores that are unfortunately not as close to home. I will be driving the farther distance next go round
Horrible customer service experience today, and the only reason for such a bad review is this seems to be a consistent occurrence! They seem to have quite a few staff members wondering around playing on their phones, and when you dare to ask for help it seems to be such an inconvenience. Between my home projects, property up north, and a local business I own, I find my self here just about every other day. I can assure you this will be my last visit for awhile, I’d rather drive the extra 8 miles to Menards!
Helpful staff, good workshops, clean and well stocked store.
Sorry we cannot shop here anymore, and spend the large disposable income we have to spend on home improvement. We progressives have been labeled stupid, and I am sure we would not be welcome in your store.
Tried to make a return with a gift receipt and they were telling me they could only give me store credit even tho my kids paid for the items with their debit card and taken from their account. They had to return the product to get the cash. What's the point of a gift receipt?!??! Ridiculous! They've lost my business!
