Worst customer service by far .. always tell u it’s not there department and never help out
Najera, the so called manager needs to know corporate's number. 1-800-HOME-DEPOT. She was rude and did nothing to resolve my issue. thanks to the representative who did answer the 1-800# and gave me the assistance I needed. I went back up to this store and Anthony gave me my missing items I purchased.
The customer service sucks! If it hadn’t been for one GOOD employee named Erik in Appliances, I would have taken my business elsewhere! Mind you, I have spent over $30,000 at this particular store in the last 3-4 years!
Why should I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to cut a board??? When theirs employees throughout the whole store doing absolutely nothing.
You service yourself here and help the costumers too
This has to be the worst Home Depot! Always a mess, never get help when I ask and the kids trying to sell you stuff on the way out is irritating beyond belief! Then let’s talk about the self checkout machines, they work at best about half the time! Drive the extra mile to somewhere else because clearly the people that run/work at this store don’t give a crap about business.

Well if you can get past the ole drunk guys standing around out front and the guy selling incense you're fine. This is probably the most dirty Home Depot I've ever been in, and needs a little help. Staff was helpful.
