The customer service was great!!!!
Customer service is horrible. Cashiers are beyond competent. Lady had 6 to 7 people in line and she says “this is my last customer, I have to go on break.” Why not finish cashing the people out then sorry about a break?
Spent 2 hours in this store just to purchase 5 cases of ceiling tile. Took an hour for an associate to get me the tile and another hour waiting in the pro line. Still waiting in fact. If you’re a contractor you should avoid this sh*t show all together.
