Many many thanks to Spencer, the manager at the Sugar Land Texas Home Depot, and to Mike, the terrific salesman who sold us quartz for our counter tops. They both went to bat for us when there was a discrepancy about the day the sale ended, and I couldn't be more grateful. This was beyond wonderful customer service.
Horrible customer service. Purchased and stove and microwave to be delivered on a Monday. I began to worry when I didn't receive a call or email confirmation. So I called, not only did they not have the product in stock, they also claimed they told me about the new delivery date! Lies. I called corporate, no help, they just kept telling me the new delivery date. Don't you get that we have to take time off from work to make the appointment? Took my son the the kids workshop yesterday for the 1st time and it was a blast! The employees were really nice and were great with the kids! Looking forward to making the next one in September!

Absolutely lousy, don't ever order from them. I ordered a washing machine on July 5th, it arrived broken on July 11th. They sent me another one on July 18th, the installers were complaining the whole time and must have made a mistake connecting it, as the machine shows an error code. i called and they promised me that someone would come to fix it today, July 25th. i stayed home the whole day but nobody showed up. I still do not have a working washing machine.
