One star. Went to pick up an online order that said ready for pick up. When I got there it was missing 1 of 2 items. Did not give me any paperwork. Then got a confirmation email saying I picked up both items. They would not give me any paperwork saying I didn’t pick up one missing item
My review is only for the Home Depot at First Colony Commons. I Went to this Home Depot to return an item that I don't need. Walked in, waited at the return desk, there was no customer waiting to return so I was the only one there. There were about four Home depot associates crowding around talking behind the desk, none of them bothered to look up and greet me. So I bought several bags gravel, rocks and potting soil and I informed the cashier I need help to get items an load it in my car . ( due to a broken collar bone surgery for which I did not tell them ) she refused to get my receipt and said someone will help me . After 10 minutes of waiting I went back to her and said I hope she didn’t fort get me. She then took my receipt and gave it to another staff. no. they just threw out About a thousand fall seedlings, not donated, most all fall plants at 3.49 each. ( i've seen this in other home depot's too) i couldn't return stove top knobs there. Have to do it through the mail .... as i'm starting seeds for plants that were over priced at cauliflower, kales brussel sprouts. i'm a stakeholder w them. due to the 0 percent. when paid off i'm moving onto Lowes And Costco. Garden clubs everywhere would of enjoyed them. let s as lone starving homeless vets
I have a choice ! either lowes or home depot for company supplies. my boss an I always chose depot. lowes in sugarland I will never walk in again. the store manager like to talk and never keeps his word and th supervisor for the pro desk Andy is very rude and disrespectful peace of crap. Home depot will always be my 1st
