Ordered a washer and dryer online. Delivery day came and we waited all day long only to find out through an email that they canceled the delivery due to “being unable to deliver“ due to no one at home, however we were home waiting ALL DAY LONG!!! I cancelled my order and will no longer spend my money at Home Depot.
I went there for two standard items. They had neither. Their clerks were unconcerned and eager to send me elsewhere.
Buy a new refrigerator they tell me they can’t deliver it for six days they deliver it it’s damaged call to have it replaced I get the runaround five days later they told me it’s gonna be two more weeks before I can get a fridge sorry big box store I’m going back to the local appliance stores
Filed a complaint to the Lodi store after carpet installation- the installers were fighting in my house while my kids were home, the one worker was very careless and my wall got scratched . Called and spoke to a manager whom said I would be getting a call back, never heard back from them. I also sent an email with my complaint and haven’t heard anything. I just wanted some compensation for the damage, but no call backs.
some of the stores have real cashiers , amen.
The guy working in the paint area was super helpful today when we were looking a spackle. We didn’t even have to ask him for help, he came over and asked what he could help us with. He went out of his way to make sure we were doing okay and over all had such a funny and positive personality. I wish I got his name but I think it started with a J and he was wearing a black hat.
Worst paint center ever no one ever knows how to mix paint , associates are missing and mangers unavailable . Repeatedly !!
The Olivas family would like to thank the staff at Home Depot, our daughter completely passed out at the children craft, they were so caring, giving her water, a power bar, a blanket and helped her all the way to the car as we were off to ER, to the moms who jumped to my help, and didn't know us, sending you a big hug.
Horrible customer service. Been promised and told things multiple times with no follow through. It’s been over a month since my order and still have had it delivered. It’s just one excuse after another. Won’t be shopping at Home Depot for awhile after this!
