Great place for shopping � households. Great customer services.
Once again, couldn’t find customer service to cut some plywood for me, after 20 minutes, went to Lowes.
I will just say that the customer service at Home depot SUCKS some associatets have No business working there if they haven't got a clue on what their doing.
My parents live about 1 mi away ... Mgt lets me park here overnight to visit ... Thank you ... I do spend some $$ in Worcester when I visit ....

Customer service rep made me wait until she finished her conversation with a co-worker. Implied that I should learn to read the end user agreement about showing ID about my online ordered item. Didn't blink an eye when the name on the order and on my ID didn't match. It's okay, I got what I was shopping for.
Fairly good selection / inventory but usually really tough to get customer service. You have to hunt someone down or stalk them to get service. Got a bit of attitude because I wasn't sure of the dimensions of a pipe fitting I needed. I ended up getting both and will need to return the other. The "other" big box home improvement store gets more of our business only because their employees are really knowledgeable and approach YOU asking if you need help. True customer service.
Home Depot fucking sucks. Your associates refused to order a part and have it so I could pick it up at the store of my choosing (Gold Star Blvd). Instead I was forced to pay $6 in shipping to avoid going to a store 25 minutes out of my way because the system apparently prohibits store transfers and ordering in store pick up at my store of choice. Not to mention there were no managers to be found when I asked for one (in addition to the other angry customers your incompetent, lazy staff were not helping. I suggest home depot ... read more
