Home Depot is great If there is anything I need the friendly staff at the worcester home depot always helps me out. THe sotre is clean and there always have plenty of of what I need. I remodoled my kitchen recently. The staff at the home depot helped me out. The kitchen looks great!
So sad that in this pandemic, while rolling in the dough and making more money than ever the Home Depot decides that customers don’t deserve air conditioning while shopping. I am doing a complete remodel on a property and had to pick up quite a few things there and can say in the last 30 visits I was rushing to get out there because I was afraid of getting a heat stroke. Recommendedmy favorite store to buy stuff
When I was there I was training my service dog and the staff was very nice about not touching him and ignoring him.
When you are having family over for dinner and your stove decides to stop working once again. I have had this GE stove from Home Depot for less then three years and have issues with the burners and had techs come out and “fix” it and still having issues. If you need new appliance do not get home depot appliance! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life(and I value good customer service). Ordered a door from Home Depot. They had a delivery date in the beginning of June. Date came no door. Date was changed and I was never notified. The date has been changed 3 more times and each time they fail to notify me. I have had a contractor waiting to install door costing me money tried to cancel order because they fail to deliver and am told I can’t cancel until door comes in. WTF poor communication and will never order from Home Depot again
The worst store ever!!! The management at this store need some people skills!! They are awful!! Not helpful!! They should put new management in place and quit lying to the customers all the time!! Annamarie is the worst ever! Not only they lie to your face!! How can this company stay in business!! They should be shut down
how about a company that gives you a delivery date, then after you take a day off to receive shipment they change date of delivery to following week. But never notify you. And you have to take a day off because I have had delivery issues before, where I wouldn't accept load because of condition of material received. If we didn't have a charge with this company probally would have taken business elsewhere at this moment
