My husband and I bought a new washer/dryer. It was supposed to be delivered between 2-6 today. We have made a number of calls to the service line who checked In with driver. We're told 7:30. Kept calling for updates and were told they were just running late. No show and no communication. Worst possible customer experience. Finally turned the lights off after 9 pm. Service line closed which figures. Left work early and cancelled evening plans to accommodate a company that pulls this type of stunt. Horrible.
Terrible customer service rude employees including some of their management staff don't recommend shopping with them! Worth the drive to Lowe's or another HD.
As I type this, my husband is canceling our order on our dishwasher because of the logistics company retained by Home Depot. Bailey's Logistics arrived on the back end of the 4 hour timeline today with the incorrect installation kit and said, "Sorry, someone will be in touch to reschedule the delivery." We offered several solutions to their error, but the team refused. We are in the process of a home renovation.
