The lumber department is a joke won’t buy another thing from this POS STORE
By far worst service ever. Waited two hours to get loaded. One fork lift driver.
Worst customer service ever! Rude! New stove top burner defected and HD Parker wouldn't bother with time to look up serial number of unit to replace part through manufacture. Go to Lowes....better customer service. Call to speak to the general manager and got the runaround. Transfer various times before I spoke to an assistant manager who was of no help
Give a complete thumbs down on this store! We bought nearly all of our new home build supplies from this store directly. They recommended 3 patio doors, thousands of dollars, junk from day 1. It snows on the inside of our house. We have to tape our doors when there are storm predictions. And 5 yrs later? Management and staff changes, none of them care enough to follow through and fix. They say they are still working on it...pathetic.
We love the kids workshop every first Saturday of each month. What a great program! Kids get to learn to do it yourself at an early age.
Victorya at contractors desk was very helpful and the gentleman at tool department was very friendly and knew his stuff.
