What TERRIBLE customer service. We came in for blinds, took forever to find someone who cut blinds, we were told over and over nope I cannot do that you have to ask someone else, then tried to get a pallet of land scape bricks, we were at check out and were straight up told NO WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO LOAD YOU. And then told go somewhere else because we won't load you. Yet there at 20 employees all walking around doing nothing.

The home depot here at Parker will not honor Homedepot web prices. What is laughable is that their homedepot website says specifically that they will honor web prices as long as the item is identical. Not the case for me employee was annoyed that I asked for the discount called management and they told me no they will not honor the price. Even though I showed them that the homedepot website has the best price match guaranteed online on store.
My wife is 6.5 months pregnant with a complicated pregnancy. She purchased lumber and asked for help loading it on the back of a pick up truck. Employees refused and she had to load the lumber by herself. This is terrible customer service and we will no longer purchase anything from Home Depot again! I highly discouraged others from going to this Home Depot!
