Had to ask 3 people if they would call for someone to come to electrical to cut wire, waited 15 minutes before a 4th person walked by and actually helped me.
This isn't the first time. On several occasions I have been at the customer service counter and more than four customer service providers walk by without asking if anybody needs help. It is a disappointment when a major part of your job is neglected. It is just as sad when there is no initiative taken. So sad.

Thanks and high fives to Manager David Yniquez and his Team Depot volunteers for all the assistance they are providing to VFW Post 8680 in Rancho Cucamonga. We needed several major upgrades to the building, and Home Depot is graciously providing us with most of the labor and the supplies. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but I will travel to this location from now on whenever I need an item from Home Depot!
