Customer Service Tip: take the lollipop out of your mouth before you act annoyed that you have to help a customer. Ugh! Diamond and another younger girl working in the appliance department were not knowledgeable about the things in their own department, not helpful, and were chomping on suckers the whole time. Sad and very unprofessional. Horrible experience. We went in to buy a new oven and left we were so flabbergasted by the less than acceptable customer service.
I will never use Home Depot or purchase any products from their store. I obtained a Project Loan for a bathroom project and the results were disastrous! Adding insult to injury was the horrible, uncaring, non resolving , callous and cold hearted customer service!!! ���� wont be recommending them to anyone!
We went for the DIY workshop for her. Norma and Cheryl were real fun to work with. We built a standing herb garden.
I was so ashamed to say I have a home depot card today. My husband bought some light bulbs that cost over $7. He got the wrong ones, he took them back to say to get his money back and because he didn't have the receipt the said that they could only give it to him at a sales price. Then said we'd only be getting a penny back. That's right a penny. That was flat spitting in our face. Worst customer service around. I was in the paint the department and picked up a quart sized can of the Behr "oops paint" that was for sale. I asked the young man there if he could tell me what color it was ( there was a sample painted on the lid of the can but I wanted to know the specific name of the color ) . He replied "no" . I sais " what do you mean "no, I can see it's Behr paint and I know that they have names and codes, I'd like to match it so there has to be a name or a code" He said " Nope, it' just looks blue ".
