Time for all veterans to boycott all HD stores they make it too hard to get the VA discount. You only get on certain days if you have jumped thru all the hoops and on the right days.
It was ridiculous waiting for over 45 minutes to get the correct stones and getting the hyster to get them. Very displeased.
Rant of the day. Home Depot is awful. Went to get a few things. Get to the front of the store and the only checkouts that are open are self checkouts. But they have 4 cashiers just standing there talking. Go to customer service desk, there's 2 women working. One of them looks right at me, finishes with her customer, looks right at me again, then walks off. REALLY! Am I invisible? Don't think so, and I won't be back. Left my full cart sitting right there. Lowe's here I come.
Customer service is integral in your business. Actually having it is something you should consider. If I ever go back it will be an emergency.
