So I ordered a $3,200 mower. I waited 8 days for it to be delivered. On deliver day they delivered a mower with 90 worked hours on it. 90!! The deliver guy left, within 20 min. I realized that the motor had rust built up, the mower had a huge scratch where they had bumped it into something, the 90 hours it had been used and that it was dirty and all the stickers on it were faded I called them back. I spoke to a gentleman who said someone would call me back ASAP with delivery info to pick it up and deliver a new one. One hour... read more
I think it is ridiculous that the individuals working in the heat are required to wear mask OUTSIDE. Wearing a mask for prolonged time has health risk. It restricts oxygen flow and it ups the amount of carbon monoxide your inhaling. Seems like he health of employees are not their top concern. OSHA needs to do their job and educate the corporate about issues of prolonged mask use.

Registered my kids for the kids workshop for Feb 1st. When we arrived at the store we were told it was moved to the following Saturday without any notice provided. They seemed confused that we were asking about it when we showed up. I showed them my confirmation with the date provided for Feb 1st. We left with two upset little kids I wished they could have given us notice that the date was changed. Its unprofessional and bad customer service.

It has been TWO months since the dishwasher for my mother n Law was to be installed. The original install date arrived and a Broken machine arrived, refused it per instructions from the store. Two more install dates scheduled, but cancelled at last minute— they didn’t receive the machine from supplier. No return calls from the store or anyone this past week.
