My wife and I bought a stove on March 25thafter ours went out and were told when it would be delivered. We got the confirmation of delivery call and told the window it would be delivered. It never came. My wife called to find out where the stove was and then was informed it was actually on back order and would be at our house April 3rd. No show or call. So I called Home Depot, the lack of care or apology towards the money I had already paid them was outrageous. I will never shop at Home Depot again.
We have completely redone our kitchen appliances. In the process we ran into a hiccup where we waited a month for a microwave that was not defective. After .com sent us in circles we went back to our Home Depot store in town and they didn’t hesitate to make it right! Awesome customer service and glad we have one close by!
No discount for Veterans o s a bad move on HDepit's part. Lowes even lets you register your number and then all you do is give them your phone number and automatic 10% for serving your country. Piss on home depot and author blank
