Worst customer service of my life at this location today! This use to be my go to store but I won't be returning! Store associates seem to be trained not to offer the price match offered on the website! Store associate in question even said to my face they try to find loop holes. When the manager was called her only response was good luck in your venture. I'm not currently at lowe's making the exact same purchase I went into Home Depot for and getting it at the advertised price I showed the sales associate at this location.
I spent an hour trying to locate three items with 4 sales associates and know one had any clue where things were.
Im writing this while im standing at the lumber cutting station, waiting for someone to come back and assist me. I had went looking for someone to help but when i was unable to locate anyone, i decided to call the stores main line and request they send someone back. I have now been waiting 10 minutes since i called. Its before 9 am on a Thursday and there are presently more employees than customers in the store. This is my experience every time i shop here.
