been shopping here for years on a corporate account. today I forgot a box in the back of my truck with some roofing tools in it and it was stolen while I was parked in the pro spot by the door. when I called to speak to the manager and told him what happened his response was "So?" fn punk! screw this store and company if that's all they care about their customers. I got a lowes card to aholes!
five people standing around the register. One person in paint helping six people! I don't have time for this nonsense and poor customer service. you rarely have the spray paint that I need anyways. time to find a new place to go!
