Today, my business partner and I experienced the best customer service from team member Eddie Vargas. Mr. Vargas helped us gather the materials to build a special camera slider for our digital advertising business. Thank you, Eddie!
There are big hardware stores in the area Home Depot and the other guys. Home Depot employees are very helpful which tells me the management treats the employees very so the employees are willing too pass the good attitude on. I would rather drive a little farther for better service

They lie and sell you warranty on dewalt Tools an then when you needed they tell you to contact manufacturer. What are you really paying for when dewalt has a 3 year manufacturers warranty. They are not very ethical nor customer service oriented.
Registered for the Do it Herself class online, showed up right on the scheduled time. 6:30, found out it started at 5pm. Upset that not only did I register my friends and I a week early. Planned and got there on the scheduled time knowing it's "a hit or miss" as the guy who teaches the class says. Sometimes they start at 5, sometimes at 7. What's the point of registration. I know you are just showing me how to make it. Not providing the materials. Just a simple watch and learn. Such a let down. Never want to do it again.
This store I visited is unorganized and open wrappers of all kinds on shelves. The times I visited there was only one register open. Not at all convinient for customers.
