Worst customer service. Half of the employees avoid eye contact so you won’t ask them for help and pretend not to hear you. The rest are just plain rude and want to sell you what is most practical for them to avoid looking for and climbing a ladder.
We were there to buy a certain chain saw ... they were out of stock ... the manager gave us the higher priced saw for the one we wanted ... it was a great buy!
Took my corgi puppy there yesterday to go shopping for a new plant for my desk and the workers there were so kind and very welcoming of me and my pup. Thanks... your staff is pretty awesome.
