I had a horrible time there just a couple days ago.. yes " its true the Management team over Appliances should really be retrained on customer's service ..I sent a email to Mr Blake . I'm waiting to here back.. If not next stop FB & BBB full report.
If there was a no star review I would give them that. I used to shop here and now I know why I now shop at Lowe's. I bought renewable fencing from this store about 4 yrs ago and was supposed to last over 20yrs without warping or breaking, right!! The fence looks horrible and its breaking apart. I went over home depot to buy more fencing to replace the broken and warped ones and the store has since discontinued the product. I was told by the manager that basically I'm S.O.L. and that home depot would not stand by the product ... read more
