Not even one star tbh. Drove all the way to Napa location from Santa Rosa since they did not have the exterior wall mount lanterns locally. Needed three more for the outside lighting. My electrician installed them and two out of the three did not work. In fact when he took them out of the boxes, they looked used- very used. Returned them at the Santa Rosa location. Getting someone to help you in the Napa store is like pulling teeth. There are a few knowledgeable employees who do what they can to provide good customer service, but the majority are a bunch of lazy, mediocre people at best. Need help loading a purchase or picking an online product you purchased. If you don't mind waiting for 10-15 minutes to an hour, then the Napa store is the place to go. Need help finding a product? Ummm ... too many nasty men over there but cool to get what you need for the house
I don't normally have a good experience at Home Depot. As much as I love going there. It is filled with employees who have hardly any if any at all knowledge about anything they are selling.
I would rate less if that were an option. Why pay for an installation of appliances if per HomeT Depot, you are not up to 2016 building code? My home 1970, everything worked fine, ice maker, range..they could not install shit but my 78 year old Dad could. They suck!! Call someone else,shop else where, glad I sold my stock in 2000, I will not recommend them to a living soul! Your install team should have the parts to make it happen for your customers. Kudos to Carl at Customer Service in Napa. He stayed with me at the front and went through a long and tedious process to return and repurchase our appliances (which had not yet been delivered) so that we could take advantage of the sale pricing offered after we purchased the items. He made calls and didn't get impatient or flustered. Really appreciate his dedication and stellar customer service!
Hated it
I must give a shout out to Bob Taft. I went in the Napa store the other day to buy some screen to build myself a sifter to sift through the ashes at our house in Hidden Valley Lake. I needed something with smaller holes. This wonderful man saw that I was from the fire area and told me to follow him. He gathered up some supplies and off we went to the back of the store. He make me a sifter while I waited. The Nape store made 500 sifters for the fire victims, well make that 501. Thank you Bob. I am finding more treasures every... read more
