took well over an hour today to pickup a penske truck rental and I had the reservation number ahead of time. this was not a new reservation from scratch. they have no clue how to get you on your way ...the poor kid working there got no help from his coworkers. it was bad for both of us. thd kid really tried bit needs training!

I unfortunately have to do a lot of business here. The store is a mess, it is understaffed, and morale of employees is awful. The lumber and plywood is always a mess and lacking price tags. Today the "premium" KD studs were scattered like matchsticks and we're of terrible quality. Same with furring, 4x4's and fence boards. No lumber carts availabile because they don't care. Very discouraging. I try to shop a Friedman's in Sonoma. Somehow they get good help and run properly.
