July 3 I purchased laminate flooring to be installed. I was informed my order would be in within 5-7 days. Yesterday, July 13 I received a call it is in. Wait, one box is damaged. We can order it for you. Really? She said it wouldn't expedited, thinking maybe this Friday. I came in today to pick up my order and am told the one damage box will be replaced AUGUST 10th. Yep. I've been waiting for a manager for about 15 minutes. Ready to cancel and go to Lowes.
I will never ever plan another large build project with Home Depot!! Pricing and inventory information on website is wrong and /or deceiving. wasted two days and over 10 man hours..Time is money! do yourself a favor and don't waste any here!
They rock!!!!!
