RecommendedI have shopped this location numerous times. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Delivery was scheduled today Saturday July 17. They brought everything except the grill. Now they’re telling me it won’t be delivered until Wednesday July 21. Spoke to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do to have it delivered today. Very disappointed.
Customer Service is really bad. No one in sight to help out. I always get it’s not my department... elderly people are waiting for help also.. it’s sad that I a customer am willing to help them out. Manager’s excuse is because of pandemic. Wow sad

Sadly we filed a consumer harassment claim with the BBB. My husband was shopping and was yelled at and given a dirty look by a young kid driving a forklift at the store. Proper safety protocols were not followed and on top of it the employee along with a fellow female employee raised and at my husband. I asked to see a manager and some “Chewy” claimed to be one. Went in to purchase appliances for a new house. Samsung had a deal for 10% off any 3 appliances. We purchased a washer/dryer and a fridge. The lady helping us (Michelle) was very friendly & helpful. However, our bad experience came once we went to check out and they wouldn't honor our Military discount of 10%...there is NO signage or fine print anywhere saying that you can't apply more than one or the military discount, but SOME Home Depot stores are honoring it.
