Loss prevention followed us around the entire store because we opened a box of patio lights to see if they were replaceable bulbs and to see the brightness at one of their wall outlets. Then called the cashier to have her open the box and make sure thats all that was in there. Nothing like embarrassing you and making u look like some thief for no reason. Won't spend another dime in this location.
RecommendedExcellent help in plumbing. Truly frightening check out. No cleaning of kiosk. Asked for something to clean it with. Was advised by three employees no cleaning products, wipes, or towels were available and none were available for themselves. How is this happening?

I ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot early this week as my refrigerator’s compressor stopped working on the weekend. There were issues with ordering it with the app and customer service suggested going to the store. I went to this store the next morning and received promo and courteous assistance from the associate in appliances as well as the customer service associate in the front. Always a great place to visit for all of your home project needs
I went to Home Depot this morning to buy a clothes washer. The woman in the Department acted like I was bothering her. I asked about a couple of washers and received no help. Home Depot apparently does not stock washers for store pickup, Would have been nice of her to tell me that before she just kept saying we don't have that model in stock.
Ordered the Gorilla 18 foot ladder on line to pick up tomorrow morning. Paid for it using my Home Depot credit card. One hour later I get a text stating it was no longer in stock, when I ordered it there were 5 in stock. I called the Bethlehem store and the man told me yes they have one in stock. I asked why my order was canceled "oh wait this one may be damaged and we can't sell that one." Why are you driving business away?
Amazing store and associates. Love the team and how great they take care of their customers. Always clean and in stock. Great place to shop.
