Your practice of having salesmen roam the store and ask "If there's one thing you could change about your kitchen..." is the most annoying invasive sales technique. Not a single other employee spoke to me other than your roaming salesman before I found what I actually needed. I was having trouble finding a part, was watching out for someone to ask and mistakenly thought someone was coming to help me instead of trying to sell me a new kitchen. I'm thinking Lowe's might become my usual now.
