I love this Home Depot! The staff is amazing and the store is always clean and organized. I also love the kids crafts on saturdays!
Ordered dish washer. Never showed up after a 3 to 8 pm window. Lied about a reschedule. Then lied about not being home. Which lie was it? A Shit show of a store. I hate liars and being treated like an idiot. In this age of technology you can prove calls. There’s a paper trail. Wasted my night! Wasted calls. Then lied to twice. I spent 18k there since last summer. May be my last penny
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought all new appliances I was told the oven is self cleaning it is NOT. I was told a lie. They would not exchange it. Because it's almost a year old. But I didn't try out the self cleaning until a week ago. Don't shop here unless you like being lied to. I will cancel my credit card and shop at LOWES from now on. I will let all social media sites know. The treatment I received.
