I need to either install or fix an automatic garage door opener. I went into the Broomfield CO Home Deport on July 2, and they took down my information and I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours and a time would be set up to look over my situation and see what needed to be done. I never heard back from them. I called the 800 number I was given to inquire further and had to leave a message, and, of course, didn't hear back on that either. This is a third-rate business and will probably eventually go the way of Sears.

Bought a Whirlpool fridge on Wednesday morning. Told to set to reg temp. Thursday morning it’s not cold. Manual says increase the setting and wait 24 hours. Do that. Friday morning it’s not cold. Manual says increase temp and wait 24 hours. We do that. Saturday morning it’s not cold. We call the store and are told they won’t refund, return, or fix because we waited more than 48 hours to return. So now we have a fridge we can’t use and $$$ of wasted food that has defrosted. I Placed a order to pick up at store #1524 in Broomfield Co. on 5/20 at 4:30 p.m. for pick up in two hours and here it is 5/21 at 9:57 a.m. and still don't have my order, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE? I called the 800 customer service number and it says that it getting ready to ship. I ORDERED FOR PICK UP IN STORE.
RecommendedIf kind-hearted, grateful people were as inclined to post reviews of their great experiences as the miserable people are to post their complaints...there would be a more accurate view of how hard this HD team works, especially in challenging times as these. Short-staffed, over-volume of online orders...and they STILL are showing up to keep the doors open. I have been moved around 5 times now between the store and the customer service number just to cancel an order. They keep making mistakes, cancelling only one item, and this whole venture has cost me 5 hours already of time....just to cancel an order.
Misleading sales person In Appliance’s. was FLAT LIED to about clearance Fridge. Was told that i could return it if wife didn’t want it. LIARS. Never unwrapped it but they still won’t take it back.
