My husband and I went in the store to buy firewood tonight and we were told that they wouldnt get it off the shelf, no apologies, no legitimate reason, something muttered by some sales chick about putting Christmas stuff out. The staff at Home Depot were fabulous. Mary assisted me and my wife with a tool chest purchase on Black Friday. She made sure we found what we were looking for from start to finish.
I loved that every first Saturday they do a different craft for kids.My son enjoy making a pencil box yesterday so I guess we will be participating every month as long as they do these craft events.
My favorite store. employees in the paint department know their paint.
I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to buy & install a dishwasher. Never going back.
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had! Even when an issue was there fault the did nothing to try and make it right! Will never shop there again!
Easier to get assistance than Lowe's. Other than that just another box store.
