I cant even imagine how Home Depot continues to allow people with no respect,no customer skills and no morales to be called managers. Today’s experience with the manager Kevin was not good at all as he told me he could t help me When all I wanted to do was pay for my order and delivery that wasn’t going through on their website. RecommendedThey had exactly what I wanted and I had no problem finding it.
Went in there Sunday, my boyfriend asked this gentleman about some shelves they had and he started to answer his question and then started walking away answering the rest of the question. Then we went to check out in the self checking and there was an opening and this older lady literally said in the most hateful tone “y’all are gonna have to wait a minute” it’s safe to say we sat out stuff down and walked out. HORRIBLE customer service.
