The company that delivers for you is horrible. After purchasing multiple appliances and spending $$$$ you would think things would be better. Once we finally get the first appliance delivered it is damaged. Now we are told we will get the "white glove delivery" So I am now told that our delivery will be between 5PM & 7pm. With all the problems, trips and phone calls and now being told we would get the "white glove delivery" we are informed that it is between 5pm and 7pm??? WOW...Never ever again.....
You cannot offer 'same day' replacement of a water heater with 1 contractor. Also, the contractor should stick to appointment times, or contact the customer to say there is a delay. I'm very disappointed so far.
I would like to give a great big THANK YOU to Reggie!!! We were in the store tonight and needed help with nails. Several associates passed us. With no intent to help us. We went to customer service had them overhead page for customer service, still NO ONE. Then Reggie on his way to his on Department and task stopped and helped . With a smile and a friendly manner. Severely ticked right now (sitting in the parking lot)!!! Spent an hour getting everything I needed get rung up at the register (buggy was full) the told the credit card machine was down, and HAD been for a bit. How about informing customers before they waste their time!! Headed to Lowe's right now. The date on this is WRONG!! December 2017!!!
Very disappointed. We purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot in Aiken and was told it would be delivered three days later. We went ahead and paid to have them install it that way there would be no issues. 3 days later we have no dishwasher. They have no idea where the dishwasher is. They can't even get in touch with the people that are supposed to deliver it. We will be asking for them to credit the money back to us.
