WARNING - DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR ANY INSTALLATIONS! If I could give them NO stars I would. We purchased carpet to be installed throughout our entire upstairs (large chunk of money). Well, we were played BIG TIME with this one! Called customer service just to schedule a exterior door measure appointment. Was put on hold for 10minutes and SHE finally comes back, takes my number to call me back and never calls back. LAZY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She sounded african American also.
We recently had a new quartz Vanity Top and faucets put on our Master Bathroom Sink and are VERY PLEASED with the results!! We initially started with Sonja Russell at Home Depot here in Aiken and she coordinated the complete project. Kaitlyn Ogden, the Sales Rep at Stone Interiors of Gaston SC then contacted us; and both Sonja and Kaitlyn followed through and kept in touch with us throughout the completion of our beautiful vanity top. 2.5 Stars Employees on the floor were very helpful. Having to deal with only Self-Checkouts open and needing to call for assistance to purchase one item defeats the purpose of a self-checkout, though. I do not enjoy using these convenience options to companies for this very reason - it’s rarely ever “self-checkout”. Please give the customers the ability to do everything necessary (including processing their discounts) or have regular registers opened all day for customers who will always need assistance with checking out.
