We were there for the children's Valentine's day photo box workshop. We had a wonderful time and the two ladies running it were fabulous! We all had a great time!!! ����
Customer service is not their priority at the Dover Store they stand there and watch you struggle with loading stuff because they're so damn lazy. It's hard even get help inside the store. I'll just take my money where it's appreciated

I have been calling the Dover store for 1.5 days now (no joke) with no answer in Customer Service, Appliances, or tools!!! They aren't intelligent enough to multi-task??
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER AT THIS STORE AND WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOULD BE ON A WEDNESDAY AND WE WOULD GET A CALL ON TUESDAY TO TELL US AN APPROXIMATE TIME, WHEN WE NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL TUESDAYSO WE CALLED THE STORE ON WEDNESDAY MORNING AND WE WERE TOLD THE DELIVERY WAS CHANGED TO FRIDAY. DUHHHHHHHHH YOU CHANGE A DELIVERY DATE AND DON'T BOTHER TELLING THE CUSTOMER????? WE CANCELLED OUR $1200 PURCHASE, GOT A CREDIT ON OUR CARD AND WENT ELSEWHERE
Thank you to Ryan in the paint department for helping us with our gender reveal. He mixed our nursery paint according to the gender in our envelope and we went home to find out together.
To the Managment and Staff at Home Depot in Dover, you ALL really need to take a class or to in Customer Service. I was in your Store for over an Hour today total and not once did anyone ask to help me, as I stood in the Lumber Isle with a dumb look on my face and several employees walked right past. Went to Lowes in Camden and within 2 minutes in the lumber Isle we were greeted, and helped.
Wonderful service. Had patio door measured on a Monday. Paid for that Friday. Installed the following Tuesday. At Lowes...waited 6 weeks to put in one....it rained...wanted us to wait another 6 weeks...not acceptable...bad customer service. Not going there anymore for service or anythings. Looks like Home Depot has my business now.
Closed today just because of the races??? What about your customers??? So irritating.
