I love Home Depot as a store but the last 2 times I've tried to have installations done we've had issues with the companies they contract with!!! Very irritated & frustrated!!! First it was for our toilet and now our AC!!

Do not buy appliances there!!! Ordered an oven on Black Friday over four months later still never got the oven even after multiple calls to the store nobody would ever call back with the info when they said they would and had me do their job for them and call the distributer myself because they were tired of me calling. Horrible customer service!!
Treat customers like dirt need course in human relations a few tried to help. Pd 1726. Cash for washer and dryer delivery date changed without letting customer know took 2weeks to get a check for 1616. Why was over100 dollars kept plus had to pay 7.00 dollars to cash check
Very poor customer service at this location. Employees don’t offer to help you and when you do manage to find one to ask a question they either don’t have a clue or they point and say “it’s down that way somewhere” instead of using the first phones.

I had a kitchen remodeled. My cabinet doors are crooked, the trim does not match up, the drawers are not even, a drawer handle has already broke in two, the lazy Susan is not smooth. I have emailed the store and received no response! $12,000 & it's not done right!!!!!
