Yesterday we stopped in to look for outdoor furniture and I asked an employee if they sold gazebos and pergolas as we were near the garden center. He told me no. I then found the area in the front of the store where there was a selection of gazebos and pergolas.
if somthing i buy from them and it doesnt work and i call and call and i call the company where it come from and no one lets me bet another one and here sits a broken pellet stove, all i want is another one

I just want to say I’m sorry to the cashier and manager on wed 21st 1pm at the Dover branch for having to deal with that absolutely rude arrogant man who wanted to call everybody and his mother cuz he thought I jumped the line. Have a blessed weekend. The lady with the white clam shell.......
Great job Home Depot. Your customer service rocks...hopefully you sense some sarcasm in my post. I walk into Home Depot, grab the wood I needed and went over to the saw. I put my wood down and left to look for an associate. After fifteen minutes, I finally find one and ask if he could help me cut the wood. His response was “I don’t know how to use the saw”....really? You work at Home Depot and cannot use a safe? I can use your saw. Moving on...the associate says he will go find someone that use it. So again I wait...and wait... read more
They came with custom countertops. My freshly painted wall now has dents, dings and somehow eve my ceiling is damaged
Came here to get plumbing and had my husbands military id as he is disabled and in the heat today he couldnt come out so he sent me to pick the stuff up and they refused to give military discount. Last time getting anything from here. Its Lowes from now on!!!!!! And really the only reason i came here is because its closer. But no More!!!!!! Shame on u Home Depot!!!!
Thus store is great and people are helpful. I am trying to let people know DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE Our refrigerator has broken 2 times since 2012 and it is the same part both times and they say sorry out of warranty.
Purchased a refrigerator on Sunday with delivery set up for today between 1 pm and 5pm... 9:38 pm still no fridge or call. All the customer service #s provided on my order paperwork are closed for the evening and the local store (Dover) isn’t having any luck connecting with the drivers. So I took time off of work, missed Solo and spent and extra 4 hours and 45 minutes waiting for nothing. Crap service at its finest!
