So I purchased a mini refrigerator today a this store. I didn't receive any help whatsoever lifting the item off the shelf to checkout and then into my car. People do the bare minimum at work. The lady that worked in the dept gave me directions where the item was located and that's was it. I used a regular shopping cart to roll it out. And to make matters worse there were 2 men on the same aisle and neither of them even looked in my direction. No gentlemen qualities! Sad day we live in...
I went to this store to buy some accessories to upgrade my condo. The people working there seem to not be happy and not helpful at all. I tried to just brush it off and find what i was looking for my dam self. When i got in line to pay for my items, a middle age man with a Home Depot shirt came thru the line and said hello to the WHITE people in front of me and said thank you for coming then looked at me and turned his head. This must be the worst home depot ever, the customer service is horrible, everybody is angry here, looks like they hate their jobs, if they can't deal with people, just quit and go home, find something else to do...
