Why don't I have electricity in my apt? The owner of the apt building I live in ,is Brent Hogan. It's been out since Thursday night. It's now Sunday morning and Brent is nowhere to be found. Nor is the building manager. They both know about the situation. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. Brent Hogan is a slum Lord.
