I love the unique floor plans that Baseline offers and the fact that you get a fireplace in your unit is a huge plus!! Stop by and talk to the new leasing manager Sandra, she is WAAAY better than previous management and helped me with a few issues I was having in my apartment!
This is the worst place for international students to live in Boulder. Think 10 times before even considering leasing an apartment at Brookside Apartments. They manipulated my lease date over and over again. They sent me multiple emails saying that my lease would end up on 10th July 2017. I even went to their office to confirm it and they said yes it will end on 10th July.
