The apartments and the area are wonderful. Having a dog park in the complex it marvelous! The staff at the office are extremely helpful and will help troubleshoot problems with the resident portal. The larger Hive management takes much longer than the office staff to respond to communications, which can be quite frustrating.
I have been residing in Hive for about 9 months now. The community is peaceful and well maintained. The management is quick in responding to your concerns. They have many unique floor plans which give you the flexibility to choose your likes.
The Hive Baseline has been good to us. The floorplan we have (The Baseline) is really efficient, and I love the dog park and pool. It's just a little bit pricey.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love living here because of the unique floor plans and the fireplace that comes in each unit.
