I've been here for two years and couldn't be happier. Quick walk to campus, only a five minute drive from Pearl, and an awesome management team - not mention how nice the place is!
Really good place for CU students, close to campus and cozy, thumbs up for them!
They had a taco truck pull up to the pool. I don't really know how you too that.
Excellent service, ammenities and maintenence. Beautiful location only 5 minutes from campus!
